Your First Visit
At the initial visit, we will review your medical/dental history and complete a thorough clinical examination, including an evaluation of a panoramic x-ray. We will discuss treatment options, being respectful of patient/parent concerns and expectations. An estimate for the cost of care and time of treatment will also be provided.
Patient Records
We document patient progress with records, including x-rays, molds of teeth, and photographs. We often are able to secure these initial records at your first visit.
Regular Appointments
At the initial visit, we will review your medical/dental history and complete a thorough clinical examination, including After braces have been placed, we usually see patients on a 4 to 10 week interval, depending on the type of braces being worn and the forces being applied. Appointments normally take between 20 to 40 minutes. Our hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Punctuality is appreciated, so please call if you're late or must reschedule.

Cost
The cost of treatment depends on the severity of the patient's problem. You will be able to discuss fees and payment options before treatment begins. We have payment plans to suit different budgets.
Fees
In an effort to keep orthodontic fees down while maintaining the highest level of professional care, we have established this financial policy:
- If full payment is made at the onset of treatment, we will offer a fee discount.
- To fit your individual needs, financial arrangements can be made to extend your payments over a period of months.
- For your convenience, we accept payment by VISA, MASTERCARD, and American Express.
Insurance
Please phone your insurance company before your first appointment to inquire about your coverage and bring that information with you. If you have insurance, we will mail a claim for you and ask that benefits be sent directly to you.
Pre Tax Benefits / Health Savings Accounts
We will assist you in coordinating a payment schedule that will be
utilize these benefits.
