Carol – Orthodontic Assistant

I am the veteran of the office, as I've been an orthodontic assistant for over 40 years. I love working on patients as a chairside assistant because it gives me a chance to get to know them while changing their lives. I know I am doing my job right when a nervous patient feels at ease. Dr. Fidler and the whole team have become a second family to me. My husband, Ray, and I have three daughters who have given us seven grandchildren. We both are car fans and own three Studebakers, a 1930 Dictator named Sweet Pea, a 1941 Champ named Earl, and a 1946 Champ named Black Velvet.

Pam – Orthodontic Assistant

I have been an assistant for over 29 years. I work in the clinic, creating appliances and clear retainers for our patients. I love people, and I especially love making them laugh and feel welcome in our office. Dr. Fidler is great because he always does what is best for our patients and makes sure they get what they want out of our office. My husband, Jason, and I have a son named James and a tabby cat named Nona. I like to spend my free time exercising, skiing, and spending time with friends and family.

Michelle – Orthodontic Assistant

I have been in orthodontics for eight years. We create more than beautiful smiles; we change lives and build confidence and self-esteem in the lives of our patients and their families. Our unique and exciting patients make every day a learning experience, and I can’t imagine working anywhere else. My husband and I have a daughter, Kennedi. We love exploring Seattle every chance we get.

Rene – Orthodontic Assistant

I am a chairside assistant for Dr. Fidler. My favorite part of my job is interacting with all our wonderful patients in such a positive and fun work environment. The end results are always beautiful, happy smiles! Apart from devouring books and playing tennis, I also enjoy quiet time with my great husband, our two amazing kids, and our dog, Milo.

Erica – Treatment Coordinator

Every day, I am able to help patients get the smile they have always wanted. I am a treatment coordinator, so I am there from day one to discuss the different treatment options for your best smile. I truly believe in providing the best customer care and making the transition as smooth as possible for our patients. I love spending time with my husband and daughter and our dogs. In my free time, I enjoy painting with pastels.

Noel – Front Office Coordinator

I am one of the first people patients meet when they walk in the front door, and it is my goal to make everyone feel welcome and excited for their visit with us. Dr. Fidler has so much knowledge about orthodontics and has really created a talented, loving team that I am proud to be a part of. When I am not in the office, I spend time with my family and husband. I love reading and watching movies to unwind.

Peggy - Front Office Coordinator

Working in our front office gives me the opportunity to get to know both our patients and their families.  I enjoy helping to make their transition into our practice a positive experience!  I love being part of Dr. Fidler's professional and compassionate team.  When I am not here, I enjoy temping in dental hygiene and spending time with my family and friends.
